Percentage on how eventful you day will be.
One day there was a girl named Maddie walking by stores downtown of Twin Falls, Idaho. She decided to stop at a store named Rudie’s, she went in and was looking for decorations for her house. She walked by a clock and just glanced at it but then she realized that she really did like the clock so she went back to look at the clock really good so she can see if she wanted the clock. The clock had roses and was gold it even looked like a pot of gold with gems in it. Maddie ended up getting the clock she was so excited about it she was excited to show everyone her new clock. The clock looked like any other clock but in a more vintage style. One day Maddie put an alarm on so she can wake up in the morning for school, when she woke up in the morning to turn her alarm off she looked at it and noticed that there was a percentage on it, she was really confused and worried about it but she just left it and went on with her day. That same morning that she saw the percentage she looks at what percent it had, and she remember that it said 50%. That same say she ended up having an okay day, she ended up getting to school late which never happens. As soon as she walks in the teacher tells Maddie
Ms. Ruiz said “Hey, Maddie Good morning, I'm guessing someone didn’t want to wake up this morning.”
Maddie said “Yeah I didn’t want to get up early so I kept snoozing my alarm until I finally get up and realized that it was time for me to get up” Maddie's voice cracks
Ms. Ruiz said “Ohh I see Maddie well have a seat and I will catch you up on what you missed in a bit”
Maddie said “Okay thank you”
The rest of the day Maddie had a somewhat bad day. The only good thing about her day that day was that she got a 100% on her geometry test, she was so happy because she worked really hard on trying to get a 100%. Maddie started to think about how her day was today and she realized that if she would of gave her day a percentage it would have to be a 50% and she just didn’t say that because her clock said that that was the percentage she would get on her day today when she was thinking about it she had forgotten that her clock gave her a percentage. After she realized that she kind of started to freak out because that was weird and especially how the clock knew how her day was going to go. Once she got home from school she went to her room as fast as a cheetah to examine the clock to see what it had or why it said a percentage on her clock in the morning a couple minutes pass by and she couldn’t find out what was wrong so she gave up. The next morning, she woke up and instantly looked at the clock to see if it had a percentage on it and it did, and this time is had 80% then instantly she thought
Maddie said “I am going to have a better day than yesterday”
That day when she got home, she realized that she had a better day that day. This clock kept telling her every morning how her day was going to be which she liked because she doesn’t know what to expect or think but she couldn’t do anything about it because she didn’t know when it was going to happen. She kept waking up really morning and right away she would look at the clock, but it never seemed to be a 100% until a year passed. What Maddie didn’t know what that the clock changes every year, now the clock was going to say the percentage on how much he had left of her life. That morning the clock said 100% and she was so happy because she thought that it said 100% on how her day was going to be but it wasn’t that. It was saying 100% on how much of her life she had left.
